High Falls Brown’s Race Historic District

The Falls on the Genesee River:

There are six falls on the Genesee River.

Three are located in Letchworth State Park.

In Rochester, there are three waterfalls.

The three falls are: the Upper or High Falls, the Middle Falls and the Lower Falls.

High Falls can be viewed from the Pont de Rennes Pedestrian Bridge.

Looking out over the gorge you will be captivated by the spectacular sight.

At one end of the bridge, you will find the Genesee Brew House.

We will be discussing that when we get to #20 on the Top 25 List.

At the other end, you will see the High Falls Brown’s Race Historic District.
